Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to gather data and information for cost estimates.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, including breakdowns of labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with our project managers and construction teams to ensure that cost estimates are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our cost estimates are accurate and compliant.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's values, including Integrity, Caring, and Quality, and ensure that they are reflected in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
- Strong construction pricing knowledge and experience in the MMC industry.
- Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong IT ability and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Ability to assess and analyze information effectively, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Ethical, honest, and possessing discretion, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
