Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, providing empathetic and professional advice to elderly and vulnerable clients.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team, handling cases independently while maintaining a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Private client law expertise, including wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to work independently.
