Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents within our Extra Care Scheme.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to maintain their independence and well-being. Your primary focus will be assisting individuals with limited mobility, guiding them through daily activities such as mealtimes, social gatherings, and personal routines.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
