Senior Real Estate Lawyer

Join G2 Legal Limited as a Senior Real Estate Lawyer and take on a challenging role in our In-House Real Estate Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide end-to-end managed legal services. Your expertise in commercial property and real estate matters will be invaluable in supporting our dynamic client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client work, supervising junior team members and handling a variety of commercial property matters, including leases, renewals, licenses, and acquisitions.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and resource allocation for the client team, participating in client management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of legal technology and client self-service projects, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results, leveraging your expertise in retail clients and commercial property law.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate matters, with experience in retail clients a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise and mentor junior team members, with a client-focused approach and enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in legal services.
  • Proficiency with legal technology tools and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Resilience, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
