As part of their strategic expansion, they have recently integrated cutting-edge 5 Axis CNC machining capabilities into their operations, acquiring state-of-the-art 5 Axis Hurco milling machines and lathes.

Role Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

• Programming CNC lathes both online and offline using Hurco Max 5 Controls, which may involve modifying existing programs or developing new ones for unique components.
  
• Setting up and operating 5 Axis Hurco CNC lathes and milling machines.
  
• Setting processes, including tooling selection, program setup, clamping workpieces, and establishing datum points for program calibration.
  
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure seamless production without issues.
  
• Conducting basic dimensional inspections to verify parts meet tolerance specifications.
  
• Performing deburring tasks on finished components.
  
• Completing necessary process control documentation.
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience with 5 Axis CNC milling or turning operations.
  
• Proficiency in CNC lathe programming, preferably with Hurco Max 5 Controls or other established CNC systems.
  
• Background in low-volume, high-precision manufacturing environments.
  
• Knowledge or experience in quality inspection processes.
