About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our dynamic team at Preformed Windings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business and driving its financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth and expansion
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Lead and develop the finance team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
  • Support investment initiatives and growth strategies
  • Lead the business through a time of change and deal with all M&A and DD activity

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic insight
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • A track record of driving financial performance and contributing to business growth
  • Ideally experience of Private Equity / M&A activity
