About the Role:
The Clinical Services Manager will work closely with all members of staff and stakeholders to deliver a service aligned with outstanding outcomes within the regulatory agenda. This senior role will act as a clinical and operational expert for clinical services, ensuring exceptional care is delivered and staff are supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective implementation of clinical interventions and treatments designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services, evaluated through clinical governance and audit.
- Oversee the delivery of the clinical services business plan, ensuring effective and efficient management and control of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
- Support and contribute to the maintenance of business relationships by liaising with referrers and prospective purchasers.
- Contribute to the development of organisational policies, procedures, processes, and initiatives.
- Ensure clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation, meet quality standards, and deliver against key performance indicators.
- Ensure site objectives are met and encourage a high quality of service to attract new service users.
Requirements:
- A relevant professional qualification and recognised post-registration qualification
- Full membership/accreditation with a relevant professional institution
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
- Financial and people management skills
- Relevant experience, including previous supervisory/managerial experience for a group of professional staff
