Paediatrician Locum Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paediatrician to join our team at Newham University Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust.
Job SummaryThis is a general Paediatric locum post that will be an addition to a team of 6 generalists working in a busy district general hospital. The Paediatric department provides care to families from the local Newham community, many of whom have complex medical and psychosocial needs.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The post does not have any clinical commitments to neonatal medicine, but this can be considered if required for personal development purposes or the needs of the neonatal service.
Person Specification- MRCPCH by examination or equivalent
- Full GMC registration
- Valid Level 3 Safeguarding Training
- Can demonstrate having achieved the competencies equivalent to the Highest Specialist Paediatric Training
- Valid APLS and NLS
