We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Anaerobic Digestion site in South West Wales. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to mechanical and electrical equipment across the site.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with the AD Manager and Ops Manager to lead projects and initiatives that improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in a similar environment such as Anaerobic Digestion, Water Treatment, or Food Processing.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, SCADA systems, and heat exchangers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of up to £48,000 depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including days off in lieu and a bonus scheme.
