Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also work closely with other team members to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, creativity, and a positive outlook.
