Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of commercial and industrial solar PV and EV systems, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all electrical installations adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and client satisfaction as top priorities on all projects.
  • Mentor apprentices and support engineers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Maintain consistent quality across all projects through effective leadership and mentoring.
  • Utilise strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve installation challenges.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the established timeframe and budget.
  • Promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through clear, professional communication.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3
  • AM2
  • 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent
  • ECS Gold Card
  • City & Guilds 2360
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • PASMA certification (Desirable)
