Compliance Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality file review service to our clients, providing feedback on files reviewed and any compliance issues raised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a client file review service in line with service level agreements
  • Respond to client queries in a timely, clear and concise manner
  • Provide verbal feedback to clients in respect of their file reviews and report any specific issues or concerns
  • Generate reports and summaries of thematic reviews / file assessments

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 4 Diploma level
  • Experience as a Paraplanner with an excellent working knowledge of the FCA regulations affecting the wealth management arena
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from a Paraplanner role to a Compliance Officer position. Our client has a great reputation as a market leader in their field and a great place to work.
