Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deliver stimulating and effective lessons tailored for Key Stage 1 learners.
  • Foster a supportive learning atmosphere that motivates student engagement and academic growth.
  • Evaluate and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and assistance as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and parents to enhance student development and welfare.
  • Engage in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-related activities as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or a related discipline
  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 students
Educational Background:
  • Degree in Education or a relevant field
  • QTS certification
Professional Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching Key Stage 1 students
  • Proven experience in lesson planning and instructional delivery
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to tailor instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs
  • Effective classroom management techniques
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience with integrating technology to enhance educational experiences
Work Environment:
  • Full-time contract position
  • Working hours may vary, including participation in school events and meetings
