Multifaceted Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multifaceted Engineer to join our Engineering team at Finsbury Food Group's Kara site in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical engineering support to our production operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

• Take ownership of site breakdowns and diagnose issues to implement corrective actions
• Utilize our CMMS system to provide detailed reports and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to plan and execute maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficiency targets
• Mentor and coach other engineers and production operators to promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Time served apprentice or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance
• 18th edition electrical certification and PLC programming capability
