About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Rushden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Must have sales experience, not necessarily in the industry
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving license holder
