Position: Internal Communications Partner

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Internal Communications & Culture Manager.

Role Summary:
The Internal Communications Partner is tasked with crafting strategic and innovative internal communication initiatives that engage and motivate employees, aligning them with our organizational vision, culture, and core values throughout the UK.

Key Highlights of the Role:

  • Experience a diverse range of activities daily, engaging in exciting projects and events within a fast-paced environment alongside industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including Broadcasting & Content and our Goodness team.

Success Metrics:
Within the initial months, you will have:

  • Gained a comprehensive understanding of our internal branding and communication style to effectively convey our messages across all internal platforms.
  • Established strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to facilitate the planning and execution of communication campaigns.
  • Developed familiarity with our content planning tools and platforms, such as Asana and our internal communication system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate, edit, and disseminate news through various internal channels, including our communication platform, internal displays, and email newsletters.
  • Oversee and manage our internal communication platform, ensuring content is monitored and approved on a daily basis.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of communication strategies that enhance and promote key cultural initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and other strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Talent Development & Culture team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design engaging communications that promote existing programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We expect you to be capable of developing and executing innovative communication initiatives that demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Manage multiple internal communication campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Think strategically, translating insights into actionable communication activities while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and enjoy managing complex projects.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies, demonstrating curiosity in exploring new communication tools and channels.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex business information into engaging content that resonates with employees.
