Strategic Customer Program Manager

WEX Europe Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple programs specifically for our largest, most complex customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional resources to drive complex projects to completion
  • Develop and execute against strategic workstreams and programs
  • Maintain formal customer 90-day plans and updates in sales management tools
  • Meet with clients across multiple locations to ensure recognition as a trusted advisor
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide on-time, quality deliverables
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure communication, processes, and workflow are delivered within client requirements and service delivery standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with direct client engagement and project management experience
  • Project management experience in a consultative customer environment with previous working experience of being in project manager leadership role
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, performance measurement, and metrics, and business and financial analysis
  • Experienced in the payments ecosystem and financial services businesses
  • Consultative abilities, data analysis, and sound decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure

What We Offer:

  • Highly competitive salary between £60,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience)
