Actuarial Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Actuarial Assistant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As a Graduate Actuarial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and colleagues in the production of complex actuarial models and calculations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior members of the client team in the production of actuarial models and calculations
- Contribute to the drafting of written advice to clients on a wide range of topics, including Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Participate in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
- Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions for clients and best meet their objectives
- Recent degree with a mathematical focus
- A level Maths
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
