About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Actuarial Assistant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As a Graduate Actuarial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and colleagues in the production of complex actuarial models and calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior members of the client team in the production of actuarial models and calculations
  • Contribute to the drafting of written advice to clients on a wide range of topics, including Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions for clients and best meet their objectives
Requirements
  • Recent degree with a mathematical focus
  • A level Maths
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
