About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Ward Support Staff. You will play a vital role in providing essential support within our busy Emergency Department, contributing to a positive and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients with their needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment within the department.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients and colleagues effectively.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to providing compassionate care are essential.
