Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the TOM FORD BEAUTY Brand: Achieve required retail sales targets, strengthen customer loyalty, and maximize new launches and events through targeted customer communication.
  • Give Excellent Customer Service: Provide prompt, polite, and efficient service at all times, adhere to the TOM FORD BEAUTY service standards, and communicate product expertise with every customer.
  • Personal Grooming: Maintain a high standard of personal grooming as required by TOM FORD BEAUTY, wear the TOM FORD BEAUTY uniform, and adhere to the company's grooming guidelines.
  • Work Effectively as Part of a Team: Help colleagues, promote team efficiency, and maintain high standards of time-keeping to ensure team efficiency.
  • Maintain Housekeeping Standards: Clean counters, tester stands, and displays regularly, merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines, and adhere to brand hygiene standards.
  • Complete Administration: Complete all administration accurately, legibly, and on time, including personal retail sales reporting and any other specific administration required by the AC.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty).
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
