Mobile Service Technician - Midlands

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Zenith, the UK's largest provider of commercial fleet solutions. As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing trucks and trailers at customer sites in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to service and repair trucks and trailers in accordance with current legislation.
  • Perform fault-finding and diagnostics as directed.
  • Support customers and complete inspections on engines and electrical components.
  • Rectify problems within specific timeframes and carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on both new and used trucks and trailers.
  • Work on large double deck trailers, with experience in moving decks being crucial.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining HGVs and other commercial vehicles.
  • Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
