- Project Close-Out: Support the achievement of 'Fit to Finish' working collaboratively with others to enable effective close out of projects.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of sites and workplaces to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures, and other stated requirements.
- Quality Performance Monitoring: Establish and deploy mechanisms to track, monitor, and report Quality Management performance, identifying improvement focus areas.
- Culture Development: Champion and support activities, including training, coaching, and mentoring, to instil the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to positively influence behaviours and embed a World-Class Quality culture.
- Travel: Occasional travel within the UK or abroad may be required.
- Site-Based Experience: Demonstrable site-based experience within civil engineering or construction is essential.
- Water Industry Experience: Experience within the Water Industry would be beneficial.
- Quality Membership: Relevant Quality Membership (MCQI) is desirable.
- Internal or Lead Auditor Qualified: Internal or Lead Auditor qualified.
- ISO 9001 Standard: Solid understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
