Primary Learning Support Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an OFSTED Outstanding Primary School in the borough of Sutton.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification or a Level 3 Childcare qualification and at least six months of experience working with children with SEN.

The role involves working one-to-one with a child in Year 1 with Autism, providing support and assistance to help them access the curriculum.

Full training will be provided to work with the child, but previous experience working with children with ASD would be advantageous.

The school offers regular SEN CPD and support to help you excel in your role, and the salary is £85 to £95 per day depending on experience.

The school is committed to providing excellent pastoral care and has a brilliant reputation for academic results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the child's emotional and social development
