About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling, to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support each other in times of need, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support each other in times of need, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
