Senior Analytical Chemist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team at CY Partners. As a key member of our analytical chemistry department, you will play a crucial role in the development and manufacture of novel drug products.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing analytical methods, including HPLC/UPLC, NMR, GC, UV, and IR. You will also oversee the analysis of samples and ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.

As a scientific leader, you will train and coach other analytical chemists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Your extensive experience in HPLC/UPLC analysis and method development, as well as your expertise in method validation and analytical data interpretation, will be invaluable assets to our team.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree, masters, or PhD in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry, and experience working in a Pharmaceutical GMP environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for analytical chemistry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement analytical methods for HPLC/UPLC, NMR, GC, UV, and IR

  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree, masters, or PhD in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
  • Experience working in a Pharmaceutical GMP environment
  • Extensive experience in HPLC/UPLC analysis and method development
  • Expertise in method validation and analytical data interpretation
