Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Bedworth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

As a Registered Manager, you will be working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement person-centered support plans. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the service, including recruiting and inducting new colleagues, conducting care needs assessments, and completing supervisions and appraisals.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, who is willing and able to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care. You will also have experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
