Job Description

Our Strategic Partnerships team is seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our key Hybrid accounts and drive client success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, fostering a culture of training and development, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead key Hybrid accounts and manage a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
  • Foster a culture of training and development through personal development plans and regular reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and embedding our services in line with their marketing objectives
  • Support the implementation of new processes to build time efficiencies and consistency across planning, communication, and reporting
  • Ensure excellent campaign delivery through quality standards, testing, and optimisation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading key client accounts in digital media
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work closely with the Group Account Director, Director of Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and client success
