Warehouse/IT Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse/IT Technician to join our team at Profiles Personnel Ltd. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and maintain loan/service equipment
  • Download and install software
  • Manage and update workshop repair sheets daily
  • Prepare equipment for dispatch to client sites

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability for a temp-perm opportunity
  • Confident IT skills, with experience in ticketing systems an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (on-site parking)

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that requires a strong interest in IT and/or audio/visual products. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and technical services.
