Futurebuild Recruitment is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our construction desk, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the industry.
About the Role:
- Work alongside our Directors to identify and recruit top candidates for permanent, white-collar roles in Civil Engineering, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Infrastructure.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional candidates, following leads and directly headhunting talent.
- Participate in our structured training and development program, designed to help you progress into a full 360 Consultant role within 12 months.
