Job Title: Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with adults and/or children with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex trauma. You will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with sensory integration difficulties, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients, including sensory integration and adaptive equipment
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Relevant occupational therapy qualification
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Training in sensory integration
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with complex needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
