About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team at Hangar 13, a 2K development studio. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industry-leading AI systems, working closely with design teams to deliver amazing gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI systems, including systems, tools, debugging, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.
  • Develop AI architecture and tools to support design teams.
  • Communicate effectively within and across teams.
  • Provide estimates and track progress with production.
Requirements
  • Strong C++ skills, including best practices, algorithms, and patterns.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine.
  • Working knowledge of basic 3D math.
  • Passion for game AI and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Obsession with delivering quality for partners and customers.
  • Team player with knowledge of the game development cycle.
  • Passion for making the best game within a budget.
