Job Description

Job Title: Static AC Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Location: London

Industry: Commercial Maintenance

About the Role:

  • Perform all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on static AC systems
  • Carry out routine checks and maintenance tasks on static AC equipment
  • Change filters and perform basic checks on static AC systems
  • De-gas and re-gas static AC systems as required

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds qualification or equivalent
  • FGAS Cat 1 certification
  • Proven track record in commercial maintenance
