SEE Rail Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

• Provide expert advice to the HSEQ team on health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the HSEQ team, operations, and management, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Review and update HSEQ procedures and policies to ensure they are effective and compliant with industry standards.
• Support external audits and certifications, ensuring that our company meets the required standards.
• Collaborate with training providers to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

• Relevant health and safety qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail or infrastructure industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
