About the Position:
We are in search of a highly driven and seasoned Senior Client Relationship Manager. This senior role will report directly to the Head of Sales, with the successful candidate tasked with managing and expanding a vital segment of our operations, maintaining relationships with approximately 200 existing clients, and spearheading new sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the bodybuilder sector, contributing to annual revenue growth.
  • Foster and develop relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on quotations, finalize orders, and ensure efficient sales processing.
  • Address customer service inquiries and manage incoming communications.
  • Engage in outbound telesales and potentially visit key clients.
  • Meet personal telemarketing call targets and support overall sales objectives.
