KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the construction process from initial planning through to final handover.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgetary constraints effectively.
  • Coordinate with representatives from relevant housing authorities.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractor performance.
  • Interpret and work from architectural drawings.
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience in new build speculative housing projects.
  • A proven track record in the housing sector.
  • A valid CSCS card, along with SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
