About the Role:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to join our team at Scouts. As an Ecommerce Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Ecommerce Specialist in delivering the Scout Store ecommerce strategy and optimizing the customer journey across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the homepage, landing pages, blog posts, and other site information pages across two functional websites.
  • Conduct regular site audits on both sites to ensure the best user experience, including daily site walks.
  • Manage all product listings to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, imagery, categorization, and filters.
  • Create new categories on site to maximize conversion.
  • Support the Ecommerce Specialist with the management of the product image process, including sample management.
  • Support the SEO Specialist with fixing broken links and any site investigation.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and make suggestions for continuous site improvements.
