We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Indemnity Solicitor to join our team in Leeds or Newcastle. As a key member of our high-profile team, you will work on complex insurance litigation cases, acting for members of various professions, including lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, construction professionals, financial advisers, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling defendant insurance disputes with a strong litigation experience
  • Working on complex insurance litigation cases in all areas of professional indemnity work
  • Acting for members of various professions, including lawyers, accountants, insurance brokers, construction professionals, financial advisers, and surveyors

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience handling defendant insurance disputes
  • Strong litigation experience essential
