We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technician to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. Job OverviewAs part of our innovative Clinical Transformation programme, you will be responsible for building defined elements of the ePMA system. This is a fixed-term secondment opportunity of 18 months, working across either Chesterfield Royal Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust or University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. You will have the opportunity to work on-site or remotely, depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure ePMA system elements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical transformation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide technical support and training to staff
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC
- Evidenced experience in operational or clinical sections
- Evidence of working with / influencing ePMA configuration
- Knowledge of other Pharmacy systems in use
- Evidenced team work
- Evidenced ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
- Membership of Other Pharmacy Technical Organisations such as APTUK
- Membership of IT based organisations such as BCS
- Experience of use of other clinical systems
