Physiotherapist - EDS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Manchester City Football Club. As a Physiotherapist - EDS, you will be responsible for providing medical and rehabilitation services to our academy players, with a focus on injury management, prevention, and rehabilitation.

• Contribute to the injury management of academy players, with the aim of optimizing the healing process.
• Develop and implement injury prevention strategies to reduce the risk of injury occurrence.
• Design evidence-based protocols for return to full function of academy players.
• Work closely with the sports medicine department to provide emergency aid cover for training sessions and matches.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy care in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

• HCPC registration.
• Valid ATMMIF course certificate.
• Considerable experience in elite sport.
• Previous experience of working within a football academy or first team structure.
• Applied MSC.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
