Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role within our organisation, Lincolnshire LMC ltd., where you will provide high-quality advice and support to our medical director to drive the development and delivery of our services to general practitioners and practices.

You will work closely with the medical director and chief operating officer in all aspects of your role, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in our local healthcare system and contributing to the constituent-facing team within the organisation.

As a dispute resolution professional, you will be supported by our administrative assistant and operations officer, work closely with our medical director, and be line-managed by our chief operating officer.

Some flexibility will be required to attend evening meetings, with an estimated average of 1-2 meetings per month, including the monthly LMC meeting.

We are seeking a dispute resolution specialist with strong organisational, communication, and networking skills, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate strong planning and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at any one time.

In addition to these skills, you will be reliable, adaptable, flexible, and quick to learn, with the ability to work independently and follow our lone worker procedures.

This is a permanent post working 37 hours per week, and we invite applications for job shares and part-time working.
