Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Analog IC Design engineer with a strong understanding of the IC Design process in CMOS technology and a systematic approach to design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance Analog ICs using CMOS technology
  • Lead the design of complex Analog IC blocks, including Power Management, ADC/DACs, Sensor Interface Circuits, and PLLs/DLLs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and verification reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Analog IC Design

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Analog IC Design, with expertise in CMOS technology and design flow
  • Strong understanding of CAD/PDK, cell specification, design, layout, and verification
  • Experience with behavioral circuit modeling and simulation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design issues and develop creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RF IC Design and Python programming
  • Knowledge of software development principles and practices
  • Interest in team leadership and mentoring
