We are seeking a skilled Doorperson to join our Rooms Department at Raffles London at the OWO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Assist with managing guest experience throughout the guest journey, ensuring that all expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner, promoting positive colleague relations and a culture of open communication.
  • Teamwork: Support the Valet team with parking and retrieving cars, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Manage time-sensitive targets, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence: Essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role.
  • Service Standards: Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
