About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead our Wealth Platform project at Sanderson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our new Wealth Platform, including the digital customer portal, interface with adviser journey, and back-end functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Wealth Platform, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines for the Wealth Platform.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver the Wealth Platform, ensuring customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Chief Product Officer, to ensure alignment and buy-in on product decisions.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on delivering a world-class customer experience, ensuring that the Wealth Platform meets the needs of our customers and exceeds their expectations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that the Wealth Platform is built using best-in-class technologies and practices.
  • Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, to ensure that the Wealth Platform is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the executive team, to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed on product progress and decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading complex product development projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Skills: Strong product management skills, with experience in product strategy, product roadmap development, and team leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
