Panel Builder Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Builder Supervisor to lead our team in assembling control panels and automation systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing approved designs to life and ensuring the successful completion of projects at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, test, and service various electrical control panels and related automation systems
  • Develop and implement effective work procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Oversee and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, materials, and tools
  • Complete necessary documentation and test reports for control panels with precision
  • Review tasks for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues promptly
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Promote and apply principles of continuous improvement to enhance operational practices
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in control panel assembly
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship/qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Experience in maintaining high safety and work standards
