The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our creative team in London. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in the execution of 360 marketing and communication projects for various clients in the food and beverage industry.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting Account Managers in the daily management of clients and the development of marketing plans.
  • Press Relations
    • Researching and drafting press releases.
    • Sampling client products to media.
    • Developing media clipping reports.
    • Drafting social media posts.
  • Trade Marketing
    • Monitoring and ensuring the production of communication materials in accordance with a well-defined graphic charter.
    • Assisting in creating and distributing email newsletters and campaigns through our internal CRM system.
    • Assisting and participating in the organization of trade shows and events.
  • Campaign Development
    • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for Trade, PR, and Digital campaigns.
    • Carrying out market monitoring, market analyses/studies, positioning studies.
    • Participating in brainstorming and meetings during the preparation phase of a campaign.
  • Operations & Accounting
    • Storage and logistics.
    • Ad hoc financial support.

Requirements

  • An understanding of the marketing landscape.
  • An interest in the food and beverage industry and a desire to discover the world of communication and marketing.
  • A good communicator both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player and someone who enjoys learning and working within a team.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Official tools.
  • A passion for events and happy to attend these on an ad hoc basis.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
