We are seeking an experienced ASC Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have ASC, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with ASC in a secondary school setting
  • Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to provide individualized support
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements:
  • Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Recent experience working in a school or educational setting, supporting pupils with SEMH needs
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training and Prevent Awareness training
  • Right to Work in the UK and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
