We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also supervising and mentoring our care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
- Manage daily operations, including staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement
- Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Identify training needs and assist with staff development
- Uphold our Christian ethos and ensure sensitive, respectful care is provided to residents
- Relevant SVQ level 3 qualification
- Basic computer skills
- Christian faith
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and SSSC registration
