About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates Services team as an Apprentice Gardener. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality gardening services to our residents, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of our estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside an experienced mentor to gain experience and skills in horticulture
• Study and gain a Horticulture Level 2 qualification through a formal college course aligned to your role
• Provide professional gardening services at a portfolio of properties, including small, medium, and large estates with grassed and shrubbed areas, flower gardens, plants, and hedges
• Ensure that our blocks are kept clean and left hazard-free at each visit
• Act as a point of contact, ensuring good communication with all teams and departments, reporting any apparent breaches, such as anti-social behavior and abandoned vehicles
• Use a handheld computer device, such as a smartphone or tablet, to record and report on your work
