About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake electrical repairs, testing, and installation works in accordance with BS7671 and our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
  • Produce concise and accurate data records through PDA/mobile communication systems and reporting.
  • Attend Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks, and Technical Bulletins to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a positive, diverse, and inclusive attitude towards internal and external customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures) or equivalent qualification.
  • Electrical Installations BS 7671 (18th Edition) certification.
  • ECS Card - Gold (obtainable during probation).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations (inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations).
  • City & Guilds 2394 Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations and City & Guilds 2395 Level 3 Award in the Periodic, Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent.
