NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Health Nurse to join our team. As a Community Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient physical or mental condition, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Manage emergency situations effectively, displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, adhering to NMC Professional Registration and Trust policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- A car and valid UK driving license.
